Is there any one time hair loss treatment?

Hair loss is a problem that is affecting more and more people everyday. Those who are affected and who don't want to go completely bald are aware that this is a long term treatment all depending on the causes of their loss of hair.

Indeed there are many factors that cause hair loss and only a through test will determine the nature of this problem and the its treatment. But a few people simply do not accept the fact that they are losing their hair and are desperately looking for one time hair loss treatment.

Is there an effective one hair loss treatment ?

I'm afraid to say that up to now there is nothing of this sort that has been approved by FDA .You may have come across a few products on the net that claim to solve your hair loss problem naturaly.But you will find no proof that they actually work.No research have been done to support the effectiveness of these so called hair loss remedies.

There are indeed two effective remedies for hair loss,namely minoxidil and propecia.
 These two products.have provided good result for most people who have been using them.

Minoxidil and propecia are long term treatment. Minoxidil or rogaine has been proven to slow down of help in the loss of hair while propecia act as a DHT blocker .DHT is an enzyme mostly found in men that is found responsible to cause hair loss.

Both these products mentioned above cannot be considered as one time hair loss treatment. They will work as long they are used. Otherwise hair loss will recur.

As there is no one time hair loss treatment in the form of drugs ,shampoos,lotions or other forms of topical or oral cures can we consider hair transplantation as one time treatment. This could be so as the whole area can be covered in one session, but a second may be needed for more fullness. The second procedure, if needed, would be scheduled 8-12 months after the first, so that the results of the initial procedure could be assessed.
